MASTER Histories

1. 1978 Established Master Industries Corporation. In Taipei, Taiwan (by a group of engineers from GI Taiwan) to manufacture Equipment and tooling for Diodes and rectifier.

2. 1985 Established Maxtech International Corp. in Boston MA. USA. To develop North America Market and purchasing channels. 1995 renamed as LA MAXTECH International Corp. at LA, CA.

3. 1987 Established Master Instrument Corp. with a group of investors from Hong Kong and China, to manufacture Diodes (sold shares in 1990).

4. 1991 Invested Joint-Venture in Hang Xing Electronic for Rectifier Wafer Fab. Manufacturing (sold shares in 1996).

5. 1991 Invested Joint-Venture in Suzhou Grande Electronics Co., for glass diode manufacturing (sold shares in 2003)

6. 1994 Invested Joint-Venture in Suzhou Guotai Precision Wire Co, Technology is transferred from GTI (CIT now) for welded lead manufacturing (sold shares in 1990).

7. 1995 Established Shanghai Master Electronic and Instrument Co., Ltd. For equipment assembly; tooling manufacturing; maintenance & service center (sold shares in 1995).

8. 1996 Established Massford Development Limited in Hong Kong as holding company.

9. 1997 Reorganized Master Machinery Corporation. In Taipei Taiwan.Manufacture Equipment and Tooling for Diodes and Rectifier; Maintenance & Service & Technology Center.
